1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

To make a purchase on goldlande.com, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• Our products are organic foodstuffs that have been carefully developed; however, we do not guarantee any specific results that may arise from using our products.

• Product descriptions, images and information on the goldlande.com website are provided for information purposes only. Whilst we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions or other information are free from errors or omissions.

4. Disclaimer regarding medical advice

• The information provided on this website is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any of our products, particularly if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.

5. Prices and payments

• All prices are quoted in euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

• Payment processing is handled by the makecommerce.lv payment platform, ensuring secure and encrypted transactions.

6. Order processing and delivery

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. However, if an item is not in stock and needs to be prepared, delivery times may be longer.

• Our products are made from agricultural raw materials, the availability of which is limited and depends on seasonality, weather conditions and harvests. Therefore, some products may not be available due to limited supply.

• Delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs procedures or postal services.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.​To exercise this right, please contact us by email at goldlande1@gmail.com, clearly stating your decision. If you withdraw, we will refund your payment (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original method of payment. If the goods are not returned, a refund cannot be issued. Goods must be returned within 14 days at your own expense, unless otherwise stated. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.​

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned, or to made-to-order products.

8. Returns and Refunds

We manufacture plant-based products of the highest quality, which are carefully inspected before sale to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.  We will accept returns and issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Damaged goods: if you receive an item that is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on which you prefer.

• Incorrect item: if you receive an item that differs from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no extra cost. If the correct item is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund.​

 

To request a return or refund: Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us by email at goldlande1@gmail.com.Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and any photographs that may be helpful.Our customer service team will review your request and contact you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

​Please note:We will only accept returns of unused items.You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to us.The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of our products, including, but not limited to, allergic reactions or the incorrect use of products.
