Apple ginger vinegar in a glass bottle
Mixing apple cider vinegar with honey and ginger creates a powerful antioxidant that aids digestion and weight loss. This drink can help prevent nausea and bloating. Regular consumption of this drink can help reduce symptoms of acid reflux, such as heartburn, belching, and difficulty swallowing. It can also help relieve many cold symptoms, including nasal congestion.
This vinegar can be used in Asian dishes, such as bean sprout salad or cucumber salad with cream. When mixed with water, it is a great thirst quencher.
Made from fresh ginger roots/juice.
