If you withdraw, we will refund your payment (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using your original payment method. If the goods are not returned, no refund is possible. The goods must be returned within 14 days at your own expense, unless otherwise stated. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or to custom-made products.

Damaged Item: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you choose.
Wrong item: If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no additional charge. If the correct item is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund.
