Quince vinegar in a glass bottle
Quinces are very aromatic and contain a lot of vitamin C – three to four times more than apples. They also contain other vitamins, as well as potassium, iron, organic acids and pectin. Naturally fermented vinegar contains all of these valuable substances.
Quince vinegar goes great with fish, poultry. It tastes good in green salads. Enhance your meals with the fresh aroma of quince combined with the pleasant acidity of vinegar. This moderately acidic vinegar will perfectly enrich light and delicate salads, in which ingredients such as shrimp, avocado, boiled egg, butter beans and nuts are added. This vinegar will also go great with barbecues. Especially with chicken or fish and seafood. It will also come in handy if you want to use it in the preparation of desserts.
Made from: quince juice.
